Who can use Uptone
Uptone is for adults aged 18 and over. You need an account to save looks, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself.
What you upload
Only upload images you have the right to use. Do not upload images of other people who have not agreed to it, and do not upload images of children. You keep ownership of the photos you upload.
What we provide
Uptone gives you options and explanations, not professional advice. Nothing here is medical, dermatological or cosmetic-procedure advice. Colours and finishes can look different in real life than they do on a screen — treat shade guidance as a starting point.
Paid plans
Prices, renewal dates and included allowances are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew on the cadence you chose until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Privacy and data. We may suspend accounts that upload prohibited content or abuse the service.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you before the change takes effect rather than quietly updating this page.
