Uptone is built by a small team, so this goes to someone who can actually change the product rather than to a ticket queue.

For anything at all — a problem, a refund, a press question, a bug, or a feature you want. We read every one. Expect a reply within two working days; if something is broken and costing you credits, say so in the subject line and it gets looked at first.

If it is about a specific result

Use the help option inside the app instead. It sends the look you are talking about along with the message, which means nobody has to ask you to describe the image or dig for an ID. It is in the sidebar once you are signed in, and it also works for guests.

What to include

  • The email address on your account, if you have one. It is the only way to find your generations.
  • What you expected and what you got. A sentence of each is usually enough.
  • Whether you were charged a credit for it. Failed generations are not supposed to cost anything, and if one did, that is a bug we want to know about.

Billing and cancelling

You do not need to email anyone to cancel. Cancelling is a button on the billing page, it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is hidden behind a retention conversation. Write to us if a charge looks wrong and we will sort it out.

Privacy and your data

To delete your account and everything in it, write to the address above from the email on the account and say so — there is nothing else to fill in. What we store and for how long is set out on the privacy page, and the limits we hold ourselves to are on the safety page.

Who you are writing to

Uptone is built and operated by Polo Studio. More about what the product is and what it refuses to do is on the about page.
